Return & Refund Policy
We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a Return:
- Return and Exchanges will only be accepted in the event that the customer received the incorrect size or product(s), or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way. If this is due to no fault of the customer. We can exchange the product with another size or the correct product of the same value.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase(order ID).
Process to follow for Return:
- Raise a request to initiate a return or exchange, by contacting our customer support at support@starkapparels.com or message us over Whatsapp at +91 9766716389 and attaching your order details and product pictures/video.
- Our team will verify the request within 1-3 days of receiving the mail, if the product(s) are eligible for the Return/Exchange.
- We will cover the return shipping cost only for eligible returns and exchanges for incorrect size or product[Received product not matching with the ordered product], or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way which is not caused by the customer.
- Reverse pickup for damaged or incorrect size products will be arranged within 3-5 days of request verification.
- Upon receiving the returned/exchanged product(s), we will dispatch the correct item(s) within 3-7 days.
- Please be patient if there is a delay in some cases, we would love to provide you with the best service.

Void Agreement
This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.
Exchanges
Stark Apparels does not accept exchanges. This means that if you placed an order and received exactly what you ordered, but would like to exchange for a different size/color/design, you would need to place a separate and new order.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our T-shirts and raise a return request within 5 days following the above mentioned process, We will provide you a refund or have the correct product(s) sent out after the product reaches our factory.
If the return request is raised after 5 days of delivery, we will not accept any returns or provide any refund.
