General Information
Placing Orders
First and foremost, we use data encryption on our website to ensure that your personal information and safe and under no circumstances will we ever share it with any third party.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation to the email you have provided in the process of placing an order. Every order MUST have an email address attached to it. If it does not, Stark Apparels is not liable in the event that we try to reach you, (ie. refund, return, exchange, etc) but are unable to do so due to lack of an email address or a bad email address for that matter.
When the confirmation email from your order hits your inbox, the binding agreement between you the customer and Stark Apparels comes into effect.
Cancellations
We give every customer the right to cancel their order(s) within 12 hours of placement. If you contact us after 12 hours, the cancellation request will be void.
Agreement
As stated earlier, the agreement between the customer and Stark Apparels kicks into effect once the order confirmation email has been sent.
Stark Apparels' part of the agreement is to ensure that the customer receives the product that he/she ordered in new condition.
You, the customer only needs to ensure that you've provided us with a complete and correct address within India so that we're able to deliver your product(s).
Address & Delivery
Stark Apparels is responsible for delivery of product(s) to the address that was provided when the order was placed.
If by mistake the incorrect address was provided at the time the order was placed, the customer should contact support@starkapparels.com and provide the order # along with the correct address immediately.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns will only be accepted in the event that the customer received the incorrect size or product(s), or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way. If this is due to no fault of the customer, Stark Apparels will pay for the return shipping cost once the item has been received by one of our agents.
Once the product(s) have been returned, at that point the customer is eligible for a refund or to have the correct product(s) sent out at no additional charge.
This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.

Stark Apparels does not accept exchanges. This means that if you placed an order and received exactly what you ordered, but would like to exchange for a different size/color/design, you would need to place a a separate and new order.

Legal Information
Any information used from starkapparels.com with the intent to commit fraud will be dealt with the highest extent of the law.
All logos, designs, trademarks, text, images, sounds files as well as all other material published at starkapparels.com is the intellectual property of Stark Apparels. This means that by law, none of the material from our website can be used without our consent.

As the customer, in the event of a dispute with Stark Apparels, you agree to first try and settle it by sending us a detailed description of the nature and circumstances of the dispute and your suggested resolution. This includes all pertinent documentation to be attached. All queries should be directed to our support email - support@starkapparels.com
Arbitration shall proceed solely on an individual basis without the right for any claims to be arbitrated on a class action basis. You hereby waive your right to a class action lawsuit.
